We’re so excited to invite you to take part in a special QAFF initiative — a collaborative editorial photoshoot that will feature in our upcoming Queensland Arts & Fashion Magazine and across QAFF promotional campaigns.

This is more than a shoot — it’s a creative learning experience and a chance to contribute to a visual archive celebrating a beautiful year of fashion, art, and community. 

🗓️ Choose your shoot day:
Saturday, 24 May 2025 – Broadwater, Gold Coast
Sunday, 25 May 2025 – Botanic Gardens, Brisbane
            ⏰ Call Time: 9:00 AM sharp (each shoot will run for max. 3 hours)

📋 Register by: Tuesday, 20 May 2025
We’ll email your group allocation and digital media release form on the same day.

Each group will include:
✔️ Models
✔️ Photographer
✔️ Editorial Stylist
✔️ Styling Assistant
✔️ Makeup Artist (light touch-ups)

You’ll need to bring your own insured tools of trade, as you’ll be participating as a solo creative within a team-based shoot.

👤 If you’re under 18, a parent or guardian must be present during the shoot.
