Congratulations on an amazing opportunity to model at Queensland Arts & Fashion Festival!

We are excited to bring another learning opportunity to all creatives through an editorial photoshoot, Editorial Exercise, Queensland Arts & Fashion Magazine. This magazine will also serve as a visual celebration of an incredible year.

Below is the registration form to secure your spot and be allocated to a group for the editorial shoot. Each group will consist of models, a photographer, an editorial stylist, and a makeup artist for minimal retouches if needed. All models must bring their Model Kit and arrive with hair and makeup done. To protect designer clothing, please bring a scarf to cover your head when changing.

The deadline to complete the form is Wednesday, 30 April 2025, and an email will be sent with your group allocation on Saturday, 17 May 2025. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must be present during the shoot.

The editorial shoot will take place on Saturday, 24 May, on the Gold Coast, and Sunday, 25 May, in Brisbane, with each session lasting a maximum of three hours. You only need to select one location and will be placed in one group.

Next, we will finalise the registration process to ensure all details are collected, including contact information, role preferences, location selection, and experience level. Once registrations close, we will begin organizing balanced groups and confirming all creatives involved. Participants will receive a detailed shoot brief, including mood boards, styling direction, model expectations, and timelines to ensure a smooth and professional experience. A designated point of contact will be available at each location for coordination and any last-minute needs.
