Model INCUBATOR PROGRAM Contract

The term 'Model' shall be used herein to refer to the subject for all purposes specified below.
Completion of this Form acts as a contract between “Queensland Arts & Fashion” Festival and “The Model”. By agreeing to participate in QAFF, you are consenting to the below terms and conditions.
If you are not scheduled to walk in a specific show, we anticipate your presence or participation at our scheduled events either as an attendee or a registered volunteer. Event volunteers are to wear the designated model shirt, and provide assistance either at front of house or backstage.
We recognise that this commitment demands careful consideration, so please review the
expectations thoroughly before confirming your participation.

13 June - QAFF x Serving Our People Clothing Drive
14 - 15 June - Art Exhibit, Brisbane
14 June - Photography Workshop, Brisbane
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- Models must be 15+ at time of casting - Female
- Must be available for all relevant fittings and appearances in the Queensland Arts
& Fashion Festival 2025 program (see above).
- Follow the QLD/AFF Model Code of Conduct (see below)
- Actively promote the Queensland Arts & Fashion Festival at every opportunity to
enhance ticket sales to the event and exposure to your modelling work via the
Queensland Arts & Fashion Festival 2025.
- In appreciation for modelling with Queensland Art and Fashion, we will make all
photos from your prospective runways available to you online within 21 days of
the show. Models must at every opportunity credit the models, designer,
photographer, sponsors and organisation collaboration partners.
- It is understood that all images taken by and in relation to Queensland Arts &
Fashion Festival will remain the property of Queensland Arts & Fashion Festival and can
be used for promotional print material, social media, print media and potentially
television media.
- QAFF reserves the right to terminate this contract if Models partake in any
slanderous or damaging verbal communications regarding QAFF or act in a
manner not fitting to our organisation’s standards.
- Models have full responsibility for any personal items brought on the day of the
Event. Furthermore, it is understood that all care is taken by QAFF, but the QAFF
organisers will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal
belongings.
- By submitting this contract, you agree that you have read and understood the
terms of your involvement as a model for the Queensland Arts and Fashion Festival.
MODEL CODE OF CONDUCT:
- Respect designers and their brand while taking the utmost care to prevent damage to
their property or reputation.
- Ensure your social media and visual presentation are aligned with the QAFF values: Community, Collaboration, Self-Awareness, Kindness.
- Maintain a positive attitude
- Follow instructions from the staff and Volunteers.
- Be professional in all interactions
- Maintain a clean and polished appearance at all times.
- Respect the privacy and personal space of others.
- Be open to constructive feedback.
- Treat all individuals with kindness and respect [we have a zero-tolerance policy on
bullying and negative behaviour]
- Promote a safe and inclusive environment for everyone involved
- Adhere to guidelines or requirements set by the organisers.
- Represent the Queensland Arts & Fashion Festival professionally and respectably at all times.
- QAFF is powered by volunteers from BOH to FOH; please treat them with the respect they deserve.
