QAFF Model Incubator Program 2025 - Model Casting Application Form


The Model Incubator Program is a one of a kind initiative under the QAFF banner. From casting day to the last show, you are given the opportunity to learn and network with other models, designers, stylists, event crew and take advantage of the accelerated model and personal development mentoring. The experience is a combination of skills and knowledge in the industry and also contribute to you as a person. It’s not just runway, fashion and events - successful models get to be a part of something so magical executed with precision and grace. Think: Six months of industry learning solely targeted for your progress professionally and personally.

This is your model training ground where you get to network and work on those skills and execute them on show day. You get to work with our Veteran models and Model Coaches and learn the ropes from them.

Before you proceed, note these important steps and dates:

09 December 2024 - Model Casting application opens for registered models
16 December 2024 - Model Casting application opens to the public
11 January 2025 - Model Casting application closes at midnight
01 February 2025 - Model Casting Day - 2 Sessions (10 am and 2 pm) - Gold Coast
*note, there is only one casting day for 2025

Steps to your application:
(all information will be sent via email, please do not DM us as we will only communicate via email for all casting related matters)

1. 17 - 20 January 2025 - First Stage Email. Both successful and unsuccessful applicants will receive email confirmation.
2. Successful applicants will proceed to the in person casting on 01 February and will be assigned a casting session.
3. Successful models from the casting day will receive and email between 03 - 06 February 2025. Veterans will receive their emails on 03 February.
4. You will be emailed an offer for your show together with a contract prior to the QAFF Launch Day (22 March 2025). 
5. A special discount code for tickets for your friends and family - only valid for 30 days or until availability has expired.

*Note all fittings start in April and all shows are between May and June 2025.
