The QAFF Model Incubator Program is designed to elevate emerging and aspiring models through industry training, real runway experience, and immersion in Queensland Arts and Fashion Festival 2026.
Whether you are brand new or already building momentum, this is your opportunity to grow, be seen and work alongside industry leaders.
About QAFF
Queensland Arts and Fashion Festival is a nationwide-wide platform that champions creativity, culture, innovation and fashion. We are the largest fashion-creatives incubator in Australia. We are a training platform for emerging and seasoned fashion models and we deliver this through incredible show production. Each year, QAFF brings together designers, models, creatives, media and community to celebrate fashion in all its forms.
QAFF is home to four major runway shows, industry events, a print magazine, creative projects and talent pathways for emerging models and designers.
The Model Incubator Program is the official development pathway for QAFF models. It provides training, performance opportunities, runway exposure and industry access.

First Round Qualifier emails sent.
Successful applicants will be invited to the in-person casting day. - 07 February

Strictly no virtual casting. - 17 to 20 February

You do not need prior experience.
You do need commitment, reliability and an interest in runway, fashion and industry training.
