Welcome to the Queensland Arts & Fashion Festival (QAFF), a celebration of creativity, culture, and collaboration in the vibrant world of arts and fashion. Founded to spotlight the exceptional talent thriving in Queensland and beyond, QAFF is a platform where emerging designers, established creators, and artistic visionaries converge to inspire and innovate. At QAFF, we believe in the transformative power of fashion and the arts to tell stories, spark conversations, and connect communities. Each year, our festival brings together designers, artists, and audiences to experience a unique fusion of runway shows, live performances, workshops, and exhibitions.

The Model Incubator Program is a one of a kind initiative under the QAFF banner. From casting day to the last show, you are given the opportunity to learn and network with other models, designers, stylists, event crew and take advantage of the accelerated model and personal development mentoring. The experience is a combination of skills and knowledge in the industry and also contribute to you as a person. It’s not just runway, fashion and events - successful models get to be a part of something so magical executed with precision and grace. Think: Six months of industry learning solely targeted for your progress professionally and personally. This is your model training ground where you get to network and work on those skills and execute them on show day. You get to work with our Veteran models and Model Coaches and learn the ropes from them.

The Model Incubator Program Application will close on 11 January 2025. No applications will be accepted after this date.
